Providing an award-winning service, Aspray works on behalf of the policyholder when they have experienced damage to their property from fire, flood, escape of water, storm, or impact.
When a policyholder makes a claim, they are entitled to appoint a representative who works in their best interests, this is where Aspray comes in. Our franchisees assess the damage to the property, negotiate a fair settlement directly with the insurer and project manage the repair works using their own network of vetted contractors.
Aspray is directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) with additional permission to hold client monies. We offer a personalised service, understanding the problems that policyholders face when they need to make a claim on their insurance policy. Our customers are our top priority and our service can help them save time and ensure they receive a fair settlement from their insurer.
Going above and beyond for policyholders is part of the norm for an Aspray franchisee and winning the ‘Outstanding Services to the Policyholder’ award at the British Claims Awards 2021 was a testament to all their hard work and dedication.

Franchisee Focus: Lindsey Joseph

When Lindsey started her business in 2019, she worked alone from home. Now into her third year, she has expanded her business into a family affair. Adding sister, Tracy, and nephew, Benjamin, to the company has allowed Lindsey to expand her franchise into a second territory.A true reflection of the great work Lindsey and her team are doing is shown in the many 5-star customer reviews they have achieved. Lindsey and her team are leading the way in customer service and recently picked up an award for business growth at the 2021 Aspray National Conference.
New franchisees are invited to a 10-day induction course taught by company and industry professionals and is in line with British Damage Management Association (BDMA) standards. The course is designed to provide you with everything you need to know to begin trading. However, training and support does not end there.
Aspray provide practical, in the field training and ongoing support for both operational and sales aspects of the role. This includes scoping, claims negotiation, networking, marketing, accounting, and much more.
Peer to peer support is encouraged amongst our network and we regularly hold virtual network support meeting where our franchisees can come to together for training and to share best practise.
For those who wish to go one step further, Aspray pay for each franchisee to undertake a BDMA qualification to either technician or practitioner level. This usually takes place 12-18 months after the start of trading.
Franchisee Focus: John Strange
Franchisee since May 2016
Since joining Aspray in 2016, John Strange’s franchise has grown into a true team operation. Growing from just one employee to four, the team works in all aspects of the business from loss assessing and claims handling through to business development and marketing.
Formally a buy-to-let investor, John understood the need for the Aspray service and the benefits that it brings to policyholders. Along with his team, John leads the way in promoting the brand across his territory, sponsoring local ice hockey team, The Glasgow Clan and as the shorts sponsor for the 21/22 football season of St. Mirren F.C.
His business has gone from strength to strength and John was the recent winner of the Pro-active Marketing Award and Business Growth Award at the 2021 Aspray National Conference. John also scooped up a Great British Franchisee award from Which Franchise in 2021.
The Aspray Franchise Package costs £28,000 +VAT and you’ll also need working capital.
Aspray has long-standing relationships with third-party lenders who can finance between 70% to 75% of the total investment amount required for you to start your franchise (subject to status).
