Stage One

• PROPERTY SEARCH: We’ll help you find the ideal property in your area
• LEGAL SUPPORT: We’ll work with you on the legal side of setting up a business and opening your franchise
• BUSINESS SUPPORT: We’ll guide you through the process of setting up your own business and all that that entails
• FINANCE: If you’re in need of financial support from a bank/lender we’ll help you put your proposal together and will recommend agencies that we’ve worked with before
• RECRUITMENT: Getting your club ready and operational requires staff. We’ll post adverts and use our network to ensure you’re hiring the right people at the right time
• BACKEND SYSTEM SUPPORT: We use a system to ensure smooth and efficient gym operation. We’ll manage the set up and training
• DESIGN: We will use our research, competitor analysis and experience to ensure your gym is designed to offer what the market needs
• BUILD: We’ve agreed preferential rates with contractors and suppliers that will benefit many aspects of your business

• A comprehensive Operations Manual

*To ensure your support is easy to access, efficient and consistent you will have a singular point of contact who will project manage all aspects of your support package.

The Investment

Franchise fee from: £20,000

Minimum capital investment from: £60,000

• The property deal and negotiations with the landlord
• The acoustic considerations
• The amount of equipment required for purchase
