What are you going to do?

A ViaViela childminder agency consists of a network of about 50 to 200 childminders who together can easily take care of 100 to 800 children. As a franchisee, you are the pivot between all those reception relationships.

Sounds dynamic? That's it. This is how you make your own annual plan and ensure that it is implemented. In the meantime, you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves. You have daily contact with host parents and question parents. You bring them together, conclude new contracts and answer questions. You recruit new host parents and question parents and ensure that the host parents offer quality care. You do this through the annual risk inventory of the reception location, conducting evaluation interviews and supporting childminders on a pedagogical level.

Your investment

ViaViela does not apply a basic entrance fee. How much you invest in your company depends on the size of the childminder agency you are taking over. Your contribution from your own resources can vary from € 5,000 to € 30,000. Any higher amount to be invested can be financed.

Doing business together?

Operating a branch in pairs is also possible at ViaViela. For example, a number of our branches are operated by a married couple. By doing business together you bundle qualities and you can divide the roles.
