MindHub Overview

MindHub is an innovative network of coding schools for kids between 6 to 18 years old. By today the company have opened 32 franchise schools within six countries - Bulgaria, Macedonia, Estonia, Romania, Denmark and Finland.

The methodology Mindhub uses to teach children computer programming is based on gamification and working into small teams on a variety of projects and games. Kids gain experience which is very important for the future, creating and presenting their own games and animations, coding robots and their artificial intelligence, working in small groups.

Our courses are held on Tablets, Laptops and Robots. Each lesson could be tough on multiple devices and environments which keeps kids attention and interest for much longer.

Products

We have developed 3 different products, segmented by age covering the full calendar year:

1. School year curriculum which follows the school program.
2. Summer camps for the holiday months.
3. Workshops on demand in different topics.

Our Franchise pricing include these components:

1st Option: Territory based

Initial Franchise fee: 15000 EUR. (Depending on the territory)

You are allowed to operate an unlimited amount of schools in the current territory - (to be discussed).

*You have rights to provide all the courses from our portfolio.

Hardware equipment (Tablets, PC, Robots, etc.) - 5000 EUR.

*This will be enough for approximately 130-150 students / one center

Monthly Franchise royalty - 12 - 8% of monthly school turnover.

*The percentage decreases with an increase in your turnover.

2nd Option: Single school

Initial Franchise fee: 8000 EUR,

You are allowed to open only one MindHub school.

*You have rights to provide all the courses from our portfolio.

Hardware equipment (Tablets, PC, etc.) - 3000 EUR.

*This will be enough for approximately 100-120 students / per center

Monthly Franchise royalty - 12 - 8% of monthly school turnover.

*The percentage decreases with an increase in your turnover.
